For this reason we like to kick off the sales path with a meeting at your house, at which in-depth attention is devoted to the full range of relevant aspects of the sales plan. If you decide to engage us as your selling agent, we will provide for the professional presentation of your property using the designated media, as well as implementing the sales plan we have agreed. We will also organise and supervise the viewings, see through the negotiations, prepare the contract of sale and arrange for the notarial closing. If there are certain things you would prefer doing yourself, that too can of course be arranged.
