Selling a property is not nearly as straightforward a process as many people think, as the practical and legal pitfalls are many. One of the things you will be particularly interested in is the value of your property. We will be happy to drop by for an introductory talk and a complimentary no-strings-attached valuation.

Proper pricing, the right sales strategy and a sound communication plan: these three elements are key to the successful sale of your home. For this reason we like to kick off the sales path with a meeting at your house, at which in-depth attention is devoted to the full range of relevant aspects of the sales plan. If you decide to engage us as your selling agent, we will provide for the professional presentation of your property using the designated media, as well as implementing the sales plan we have agreed. We will also organise and supervise the viewings, see through the negotiations, prepare the contract of sale and arrange for the notarial closing. If there are certain things you would prefer doing yourself, that too can of course be arranged.

We will keep close tabs on the response to your property throughout the sales path, liaising with you to discuss possible improvements to the sales plan where the response warrants this.
